How it works
Three steps from floor plan to walk-through tour. Ordering takes just a few minutes, and we take care of the rest. The customer portal shows you how far along your tour is at any time.

1Upload your documents
Upload your floor plan and photos, or simply share the link to your listing. Enter the floor area and choose a tier: you see your price straight away, with no hidden costs.

2We build your tour
We turn rooms, dimensions and furnishings into a walk-through 3D model, usually by the next working day. If anything is missing, we ask a quick question and you reply right in the customer portal.

3Share and impress
Your tour goes live with its own link, online for 6 months included. Share it in your listing and on social media, or embed it on your website, so prospects can explore your property around the clock on any device. Preview images with a QR code are always included, and depending on the tier also a highlight video and photorealistic renderings.

Compared: no camera, no appointment
Conventional tours are captured on site with a 3D camera, architectural renderings are single still images. We build a walkable tour from documents you already have.
- No 3D camera and no on-site appointment: a floor plan and photos or the link to your listing are enough.
- Free movement: people walk through the rooms instead of jumping from scan point to scan point or only seeing still images.
- Also for new builds and planning: the tour is created from the plan before the rooms are finished.
- Furnishing included: empty rooms look lived in, and in occupied homes private belongings stay private.
- Usually ready the next working day, with marketing material: preview images with QR code, a highlight video from Showcase and five photorealistic renderings with Deluxe.
- A whole tour instead of single images: often cheaper than one architectural rendering.

Frequently asked questions
What do I need to provide?
A floor plan is enough to start. Photos make the tour more accurate, and the Deluxe level needs more photos. Alternatively, give us the link to your listing on a property portal.
Does the tour work on a phone?
Yes. The tour runs in the browser on phones, tablets and computers. No app is needed.
Is the address published?
No. The tour shows no address and does not appear in search engines. Only people with the link can open it.
Can I show the tour on my website?
Yes. You can share the link or embed the tour on your website with the embed code.
How do I pay?
You receive an invoice that you can pay online via Stripe. For private customers we start once payment has been received, but, without consent to an early start, only after the 14-day withdrawal period has expired. Businesses pay within 14 days.
How quickly will my tour be ready?
Usually after 1 working day, at the latest after 3 working days, once your documents are complete. For private customers the period begins when we start work: once payment has been received and, without consent to an early start, the withdrawal period has expired. When the tour is ready, you receive an email with the link.
What happens to my plans and photos?
We use them only to create your tour. We do not publish your photos or plans.
How long does the tour stay online?
6 months are included. After that you can extend the tour month by month in the customer portal, for €19.00 net (€22.61 gross) per month, cancellable at any time to the end of the current month.
