    Floor plans for each unit type, ideally with the building specification and fit-out list.

  3. Receive the tours

    Each type is delivered separately, with link, embed code and preview images.

You pay per square foot (sq ft) of living or usable floor area. Choose the area and compare the levels of detail.

Which documents do you need for off-plan marketing?

Floor plans with dimensions for each unit type. A building specification or fit-out list helps us show materials and furnishings appropriately.

How are similar or mirrored unit types priced?

We clarify this in the quote. Each tour is priced by its area, and there are package prices for projects with many units.

How quickly do we receive the tours?

A single tour is usually ready after 1 working day. For whole projects we agree a delivery schedule with you.

Can we use the tours in our sales suite?

Yes. The tours run in the browser on any screen, with no app and no installation.
