Questions about packages and credits
Do I need a tour of my own?
No. With a package you can furnish any tour for which the provider has enabled the designer, for example a flat you want to buy or rent. You order a tour of your own separately, priced by floor area.
What happens to credits I do not use?
Included credits expire at the end of the service month, then the new ones arrive. Purchased credits do not expire and stay in your account even after you cancel.
What does yearly payment mean?
You pay ten monthly prices in advance and use the package for twelve months. The included credits still arrive every month. A yearly package can be cancelled at the end of its term. There is no partial refund.
How do I cancel?
In the customer portal under “My subscription”, or without signing in via “Cancel contracts here” in the footer of the page. A monthly package ends at the end of the current service month, a yearly package at the end of the twelve months.
Can I change my package?
Yes. You can change a monthly package from the next service month, a yearly package at the end of its term.
What is a photorealistic Shot?
A view in the designer becomes an image that looks like a photo. If you do not like it, we create up to 3 new versions of the same view within 30 days at no further credits. Every image is labelled as a visualisation and carries a QR code to the tour.
Are credits refunded?
No. Credits are not paid out or refunded, including on cancellation. If an order fails for technical reasons, we return the credits to your account.
Do I have a right of withdrawal?
Your package can be used immediately. As a consumer, you confirm when you sign up that we are to start straight away. Your right of withdrawal expires with first use. The details are in the terms.
