Payment by invoice: pay online via the payment link in your invoice (via Stripe).

Level of detail

For example 1,250. What counts is the living or usable area stated in the listing or plan. Possible from 216 to 5,381 sq ft as a whole number; for smaller areas enter 216.

Customers in your region pay in US dollars, net. Businesses outside the EU pay no German VAT. You will see the final price before you order.

    • Usually delivered after 1 working day, at the latest after 3 working days, once your documents are complete.
    • 6 months of hosting included, then an optional extension for $19.00 net plus applicable taxes per month, cancellable monthly
    • You receive an invoice payable within 14 days. You can pay right afterwards on this page or later online via Stripe. We start on your tour right away.
    • We charge for the living area according to the German Living Space Ordinance (WoFlV; commercial properties: usable area). If the area we determine is more than 5% larger, we charge the difference and release the tour as soon as it has been paid. We only refund if the rooms are actually more than 5% smaller, not because sloping ceilings or a balcony count only partially.
    • No other costs

    After delivery, you can create images and videos from your tour in the studio. More about the studio (opens in a new window)

    Confirmations

    With a difference of up to 5%, the ordered price stays the same. If the living area is smaller only because sloping ceilings or a balcony count partially under the WoFlV, there is no refund. After an additional charge, we release the tour as soon as it has been paid (terms § 4 (3)).
